Shipping & Delivery

  • Quick Ship Products: In-stock, estimated delivery within 7–14 business days in the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories).

  • Non–Quick Ship / Customizable Products:

    • Production Time: Estimated 1 week to manufacture your order.

    • Shipping Time: Once production is complete, delivery typically takes 5–7 weeks, depending on destination and shipping method.

    • Total Timeframe: Approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.

    • Shipping Method: Standard ground shipping included. Expedited air shipping available at checkout for faster delivery after production.

  • International Shipping: Available to U.S., EU, and Asia. Quick Ship available for U.S. mainland only.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Returns & Refunds

  • Quick Ship & Non–Quick Ship Products: Returnable within 30 days of delivery; extended to 60 days for orders placed between Dec 20–Jan 31.

  • Customizable Products: Final sale — cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

Refund & Returns Policy
