All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery
Quick Ship Products: In-stock, estimated delivery within 7–14 business days in the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories).
Non–Quick Ship / Customizable Products:
Production Time: Estimated 1 week to manufacture your order.
Shipping Time: Once production is complete, delivery typically takes 5–7 weeks, depending on destination and shipping method.
Total Timeframe: Approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
Shipping Method: Standard ground shipping included. Expedited air shipping available at checkout for faster delivery after production.
International Shipping: Available to U.S., EU, and Asia. Quick Ship available for U.S. mainland only.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Returns & Refunds
Quick Ship & Non–Quick Ship Products: Returnable within 30 days of delivery; extended to 60 days for orders placed between Dec 20–Jan 31.
Customizable Products: Final sale — cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or missing parts:

We will send replacement parts or a full replacement at no extra cost.

c. Customizable / Made-to-Order Products

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
We may refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
