Is there a minimum order for trade pricing?
No. The flat 10% trade discount applies from your first order. Larger projects also get a dedicated project manager and a scheduled delivery plan.
How long is lead time?
Most configurations ship within 3–4 weeks. We confirm exact timing in your quote and prioritize lead times for repeat clients.
Can you extend or match an existing Haller system?
Yes. Every panel, tube, ball joint, glide and castor is available individually, so we can extend, repair, or reconfigure systems you already own.
Do you provide material samples?
We can post swatches of any of the 14 finishes before you commit — just mention which colors in your inquiry.
What are the payment terms?
Standard orders are invoiced on confirmation. For larger fit-outs we offer staged payment against the delivery schedule.
Which regions do you ship to?
We ship flat-pack internationally. Add your delivery address to the form and we'll confirm freight and timing in your quote.
