b. Non–Quick Ship Products
- Can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

c. Customizable / Made-to-Order Products
- Non-returnable and non-refundable because they are made specifically for you.
- Exception: If the product arrives defective, malfunctioning, or with broken parts, we will send a replacement at no cost and ensure your satisfaction.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- We may refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
