Quick Ship Products
- What It Means: Quick Ship items are in stock in our warehouse and ready to ship.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 3–7 business days from order confirmation.
- Availability: Quick Ship is available only within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories).
- Shipping Method: Standard ground shipping included. Expedited air shipping available at checkout for an additional fee.
Non–Quick Ship / Customizable Products
- Production Time: Estimated 1 weeks to manufacture your order.
- Shipping Time: Once production is complete, delivery typically takes 5–7 weeks depending on destination and shipping method.
- Total Timeframe: Approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.
- Shipping Method: Standard ground shipping included. Expedited air shipping available at checkout for faster delivery after production.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: All orders include free standard shipping within eligible regions.
- Expedited Shipping: Optional air shipping is available for an additional cost at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to the U.S., Europe (EU), and Asia.
- Quick Ship products are only available for U.S. mainland delivery (excluding Hawaii & Alaska).
- For international orders, shipping times vary depending on location and customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery & Tracking
- All shipments are tracked.
- Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
